Also, at a couple of points in the order process I was unable to proceed to the next step because the next page was not available or the server could not be found. This was especially frustrating because it happened on the last step of placing the order and I hesitated to press the order button again because I didn't want to be placing two orders. Anything Epson can do to lower the price of my inks would be greatly appreciated.
