Inquired twice with AJ Madison for status update and got the same "blow off" email....."Will ship at the beginning of next week". The product seems to be what I ordered (the reason for 2 stars), but the shipping company was inflexible, rude, and not-communicative. I received 3 phone calls on Wednesday stating my range would be delivered between 6a-10a on Thursday. We waited all day and I called spoke with someone who said the delivery would be delayed due to bad weather. They were coming out of Atlanta and there was no bad weather. He stated the truck was no mechanically able to make it. I had family over this weekend for the superbowl and could not COOK!	Overall Rating

We called AJ Madison, and although the call took ~ 30 minutes, they ended up matching the price. The refrigerator arrived in perfect condition. We're very pleased.	Overall Rating
